Solution Focus coaching is a strength-based approach to positive change. It can be used with individuals, groups and organisations.

The Solution Focus approach holds that focusing on problems and understanding their root causes is not the best way forward. Instead, the conversation revolves around finding solutions, strengths and what is going well. This in turn leads to a very useful and positive thinking which helps release ideas and action towards progress.
